SCHRODER US EQUITY INCOME MAXIMISER – 5% p.a. Income Yield

The fund aims to deliver a 5% income per year, paid quarterly, by investing in equity and equity related securities within the US.

Aiming for income and growth. The fund aims to provide regular income, whilst also giving you access to some of the US’s biggest Cos. It has been notoriously hard for fund managers to achieve two things investing in the US large cap market: 1.Outperform the market 2.Receive a decent dividend income yield. By replicating the holdings of the market instead of trying to outperform it, the fund can focus on aiming to pay a much higher yield of 5%.
